Delete your account
How to permanently delete your callmins account, and what is removed.

In the app
- Open the callmins app and sign in.
- Go to More → Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
On the website
Sign in at callmins.com/settings, scroll to Danger zone, choose Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.
Can't sign in?
Email info@callmins.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number and password.
- Your virtual numbers. Numbers you own are released and can't be recovered.
- Contacts, SMS messages and campaigns, call history and call transcripts.
- Identity documents you submitted for a UK number, and your devices and sessions.
- Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited.
What we keep
Records of payments, top-ups and charges are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
