What to include
- A call that failed or sounded bad: the number you dialled, the time (with your time zone) and what happened.
- A number that isn't receiving calls or texts: the number, and who or which app was trying to reach it.
- A payment or wallet question: the date and amount. Never send your full card number.
- Closing your account: you can do it yourself on the delete account page, or email us.

Reporting abuse
If a callmins number is being used for spam, scams or harassment, email us with the number and what happened. We look into every report under our Terms of Service.
callmins can't call emergency services. In an emergency, use a mobile or landline.
